	1884 Paxton House Inn, Thomasville, Georgia Cancellation Policy We are a small business and must manage our rooms efficiently, therefore we require a 50% deposit (100% for a single night reservation) at the time of reservation. Your deposit is refundable, less a $30.00 cancellation fee per room, providing notice of cancellation is received at least (7) days prior to arrival date (30-day notice required for peak 2-day minimum weekends). Notification must be made by telephone or in person. Reservations made less than (7) days prior to arrival are non-refundable. Early departure falls within the cancellation policy. The Inn provides free parking for only one car per room/suite, each additional car will be $20.00 per day.
